Products & Pricing Policy

  1. We reserve the right at any time make changes to this site, including the prices, products, quantities and services offered on this site.
  1. Although we do our best to ensure prices stated on this website are accurate, errors do occur from time to time. Should any pricing error occurs, we shall not be bound by such incorrect pricing stated, and reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your purchase.
  1. As diamonds are rare and scarce, certain jewellery pieces are only available in limited quantities, should the product be out of stock, we will refund your payment for such product within the next fourteen (14) days upon receipt of your order (as the case may be).


Shipping Policy

  1. All order(s) within Penisular Malaysia shall be delivered in 2-3 working days while delivery to Sabah and Sarawak shall take 4-5 working days if the ordered products are in stock. Please note that during any event of Force Majeure including during the period of Movement Control Order, there could be some delay in delivery especially for Sabah and Sarawak.
  1. If the purchased item(s) received is found to be defective on arrival, customers should email to with detailed pictures/videos (less than 1 MB) showing the defective area within 3 working days from date of receipt for our further investigation and action.
  1. If the purchased item(s) received is not defective or damaged but for some reasons customers are not satisfied with the order, We allow customer to exchange the purchased item(s) with another item from Goldheart webstore of the same value or more provided that the purchased item is still in good condition. The Company reserves all right to verify and decide on the condition of the product and its decision shall be final. Customer shall pay for the additional price differences, if any before such exchange is allowed.

  2. The request to exchange must be sent to within 3 working days from the date of receipt and exchange can be made at any Goldheart/Tomei showrooms within 14 working days from the date of receipt.

  3. Customer also can choose to deliver said item to our designated location. Please note that customer will be requested to bear two shipping charges - for the existing item(s) to be sent to our designated location and the replacement item to be sent to customer. Goldheart shall not be responsible for any delivery loss or damage of the exchanged item(s) sent back by customer.

  4. The Company will not entertain any exchange request that have exceeded the exchange period as per the company’s policy.


Trade-In Policy

  1. Any online purchases for the following items made via Goldheart webstore can be traded-in at any Goldheart Showroom in Malaysia ONLY with official receipts presented at the counter. Trade-in rate for diamond is at the sole discretion of Goldheart.
